All Utakomarket.com Affiliates are required to complete the agreement and remain in compliance with these terms. This list contains everything you need to know to be a Utakomarket.com Affiliate, including resources, recommendations, and some legal instruments.

Place the Utakomarket.com logo and banners on your website.

Send your affiliate link to your email subscribers.

Commission

Each Utakomarket.com Affiliate is required to submit a W8 (for Affiliates located outside of the U.S) or W9 (for Affiliates located in the U.S.) tax form before receiving any affiliate commissions. If the information you provide on the tax form does not match your payout details, Utakomarket.com will not make the payment. You are responsible for paying all taxes related to the Commission Fees you receive under these terms. You need to submit the tax form only once. Please, provide relevant and up-to-date information.

How much?

You get 20% of every successful purchase of digital marketing services and 2% for physical products. The minimum payment that can be processed is $10 or N5,000.

When?

Usually, the payment is made during the first 15 business days of the month that comes after the month which covers the 30 days money-back guarantee. Only after the guarantee expires the purchase is considered to be successful.

How?

PayPal! Be sure to add your PayPal email to your profile so we can send you the commissions.

Termination

Failure to comply with the terms below may result in affiliate account termination. Account balance is canceled therefore and is not subject to restore, in case affiliate is:

Providing the false advertising of Utakomarket.com in any manner.

Changing our logo or banners.

Using your affiliate link for your own purchases.

Offering unofficial or terminated discounts & coupon codes.

Using any keywords related to Utakomarket.com brand in paid advertising.

Inactive during a quarter.

Not providing traffic sources.

Using Proxy Links.

Utakomarket.com Branding

Don’t modify or adjust the Utakomarket.com wordmark or logo in any sort of marketing material you might create, including the production of any visual badges.

Buying Ads

Don’t purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an affiliate link that could be considered as competing with Utakomarket.com’s advertising. That included, but not limited to, our branded keywords (words and phrases that contain Utakomarket.com, Loan Gist, loangist, etc.).

Tracking Sales

Only affiliate links can be used to track sales. Incorrect usage of affiliate links will cause the inability to track referrals.

Utakomarket.com uses cookies to collect the information needed to award the commission.

Note! Affiliate cookies set for all unique customers only. It means that the sale would count only if the customer came on the Utakomarket.com website for the very first time.

Promo Codes

All personal Utakomarket.com discount codes are connected to relevant affiliate links. It means that a discount code can be used only if a customer is redirected to Utakomarket.com website via your personal affiliate link (Please note that the link, as well as the promo code, must belong to the same affiliate).

Sharing Placements

When requested, you’ll share the places you’ve used your affiliate link. This includes, but is not limited to, links, screenshots, and email sends.

Purchasing Utakomarket.com yourself

One of the benefits of the Affiliate Program is that we do not ask you to purchase the Utakomarket.com subscription or our products and services only. Though if you decide to purchase it, you are not allowed to use your affiliate link.

Reselling Utakomarket.com Products

Participation in the Program doesn’t entitle reselling or distribution of the products included in Utakomarket.com subscription.

Changing Privacy Policy
