What is the difference between a website and a sales funnel?
A website is like entering the gate of a shopping mall and you have several shops and offices open and you have to decide on your own where you want to go and what you want to do.
A sales funnel is like an online salesperson who meets you at the entrance, finds out from you what you want, takes you to exactly where you can find it, guides you on the selection, directs you to the checkout counter and guides you through the payment process. And then he helps you deliver the goods to your car and gives you your purchase receipts or tickets.
The funnel could be an Opt-in Funnel, a Tripe-wire Funnel, a Presentation Funnel, a Webinar Funnel, an Application Funnel, a Product Launch Funnel, etc.
All funnels are accompanied by the emails sequence that goes to those who do the intended action (submit email, sign up, purchase, book a call, book a visit, download something, attend a webinar, etc) and another email sequence that goes out to those who did not do the intended action.
